I think Skip Bertman put out the number of 115,000 and it was to include a Parking Garage on the South End also. That was a long time back!!

115K was if both NEZ and SEZ were to be expanded. Each endzone will be about 12K/EA.

All renovations such as exterior windows, etc. will be done in the next few years. I would bet if we are still a football power, and have a great ticket waiting list, we will be going out for bid w/in 5 yrs.

FYI a feasibility study has/is being done to expand. This was done before each previous expansion.

I think it matters to everyone. It is all about selling tickets. As long as there is a demand they will plan to expand. With that said I think this will be the last expansion. It is all about tickets sold, not how many butts aer in the seats in the 4th quarter. I say bring it on. The tickets that go unslod are the visitor fans seats that aren't part of the season ticket package. I say put them in teh top of the endzone where the other sec teams put us and keep the sidelines and the lower endzone for the home fans. Plus throw a parking garage for the students during the shcool year...

I agree that $$ needs to be spent on outside/lower bowl upgrades to Tiger Stadium. I think eventually Tiger Stadium will need 1 more expansion. I can see the the upper decks being extended over the south endzone. I would think stadium capacity would be around 104,000. Would love to see it happen.

0%, especially if Les Miles stays at LSU. Enthusiasm and attendance will regularly continue to decline.

This. Thats all we need. For big time recruits yo come and see even more empty seats by the 3rd quater when we are getting our asses handed to us.

When exactly have we had our asses handled to us? In past two years only 2 games you could say 3rd quarter we had no shot. 08 Florida and Ole Miss, other than that LSU has lost a total of 4 games at home, (08 Georgia, Bama, Ole Miss, 09 Florida).

Is cool but I think I would put the expansion in the south endzone so that the fans weren't in the sun and would be above the student section making it near impossible for opposing offenses to hear in south redzone....

I can see an expansion discussion in the next 5 or so years if the football team returns to the NC picture.

However, EZ UD seats SUCK.

Small cause it'd only look worse to have more empty seats after half.

When do we have empty seats after half, or at all, for: Arkansas, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Florida, big OOC opponents (West Va, Washington) ???????????????

If we do have empty seats after half, (La.Tech, Arksansas State, North Texas, Tulane, ULL, Middle Tenn, etc.) who's going to SEEEEEEEEEEEEE these empty seats ??????? (Those games wouldn't be on national or even regional TV), so who 6ing cares ????????
