I think this my holdup. The eye looks like crap on clothing.
I know 5 guys with the eye tattooed. Meh.
I went and googled the eye on the field. When done well, it is pretty badass. I admit it.

This. The eye is as old as the Rocky movies. Time to move on. I have never bought any LSU gear with tiger eye logo on it.

When it's painted right it looks awesome, but it seems to be a lackluster effort lately. IMO the Tiger logo looks badass! Doesn't mean that the eye has to disappear forever

The logo would look sweet too but the eye for sure. My LSU hat I wear the most is purple with the eye on the front. It often gets favorable comments from fans of other schools. More than a few have said it's the best midfield logo in all of football.

This. I'd like to do something with our endzones because the geaux font LSU alone just leaves a lot of empty space and looks incomplete, but the old block letters aren't the answer IMO. They look really cluttered and dated.

The tiger eye is iconic. It stays at midfield. I do like the tiger head logo on other LSU apparel and equipment though.

The Eye is one of the most recognizable logos in all of college sports, it stays. But it's time that the field crew stop that whole bleed over/fading/flare bullshite they do to the edges now.
And go back to the way they were doing in prior to the 2013 season

I certainly agree on stopping the fading on the eye. There are several spots to incorporate the the Tiger logo throughout the stadium. Hopefully they do it
