Just be patient
This is what I've kind of always heard. Just not sure if that's how it goes or not. Its a 12hr drive.

The flights are retarded. Thought about renting a car and driving up. One way ticket back to BTR is the same price as round trip.
They are bending LSU fans over hard.

Flex — in 2009 we went and needed five tickets. Our kids were ages that we could split up and buy 2/2/1. My husband sat in the single but it was Tiger fans everywhere so he was in no way alone. It helped for the first day of the finals cost wise to do that.
Maybe try that if ages work for that.

Thanks! I think that I may just take my oldest. Should scale it down. Sounding promising that we can score standing room or cheap tickets day of.

My wife and son surprised me with 2 tickets/flights/hotel right after we won. I’ve never been and was surprised that they bought everything yesterday. Hotel is Aloft and I’m wondering if I should rent a car.

Went up for the first 2 games, flew back, went to work 2 days, leaving tomorrow to go back.
Southwest NO to KC, rent car, hotel in council bluffs.
Did the same in 2023, our first time there.

We are driving starting tomorrow (early) morning. Air fare are too expensive (both) and can't schedule return flight. GameTime app provides tickets and it the website I used to purchase Saturday and Sunday tickets.

Booked hotel last night, bought Saturday tickets about 2 hrs ago. Pulling out about 7:30 in the morning.

The Saturday game in 2023 was over $200/ticket the morning of game in the outfield. It was the most expensive game because all the locals go. Tickets went down Sunday and Monday was the cheapest.
