Guys, chances are they are the primary... and Jenkins was open in plenty of time for Nuss to throw it , even with the linebackers coming. What you had was a freshman that made up his mind to throw it where he did before the play started. That's what you get with a freshman. He did it all night almost and it was a matter of time till what happened happened.

Lil Nussy would still be my starter this week and next tho.

I didn’t need to read any past this! I had been a supporter of this moron coach! Thank God this era is over! I can’t even stand to hear him speak!

1. A fade route is usually man to man and eliminates the qb having to read the defense…the last thing a freshmen qb needs to do is throw over the middle in the red zone.

2. We have no idea if Nuss and Lee have chemistry in practice or if they are good executing the fade in practice.

3. It was a terrible throw…regardless of the receiver. There was plenty of room to the outside where the pass should have been thrown.

I don’t hate the WR, I hate the play. We could easily have thrown and slant or out over a fade to the back pylon that has to be perfect with a true freshman QB. That play is exactly why Peetz is a god damn idiot, zero perspective.

I mean, does this surprise anyone with Pootz? He does constantly roll Max out to the right and pre-Florida try to run TDP in plays he was not built for.

He seems to have no fricking clue what his players are capable of and just calls plays regardless of personnel. He has no sense of game rhythm either.

BTJ would have been a better target but the throw was under thrown so it wouldn’t have mattered who was the target.

I mind the call.

That's a tough throw for a freshman.

Roll him out or give him multiple options.

Horrible call.

Receivers fail to make adjustments on their routes... poor coaching? Poorly read defenses? Routes poorly schemed? ???

There’s at least 4-5 guys you should have running that route over him.

Doesn’t matter who’s running the route; low percentage and LAZY playcall.
