Threads I am shocked I HAVEN'T seen ...

Unless I just missed them somewhere, I am stunned these gems haven't popped up...
1) The lame "piped in music" threads. ("Piped in" is the wrong term...it's actually called "canned music", but anyways...)
2) The "The band sucked at halftime, they should play modern fun stuff" threads. I actually thought the band was GREAT at halftime. Even though it was Led Zeppelin, which I consider to be moldy and old, they really played it well and made it sound good and upbeat
3) Speaking of the band, I fully expect the "owe e o" thing to get canned since the students decided to stick a "you suck" on the end of it.
4) Something about the field. I thought the field looked great. All nice and green and stuff.

"you suck" was said last year as well and they didn't do anything.

I sit in the south end zone, and i couldn't make out exactly what they were saying. That's becuase I am one of those moldy, old people who listned to Led Zepplin when they were young and insane. All that aside, I loved the "owe e o" stuff. I told some of the people next to me that it sounded like an Aztec chant as we all awaited the human sacrifice that I was sure would follow. And sure enough, after these supplications to the gods, we won the game.
Fortunately, the chant did not involve the sacrifice of two or three virgins because that would have taken hours and hours to find. I think I remember once that there was to be a parade honoring virignity, but it was cancelled. It seems one girl got the flu, and the other girl didn't want to march by herself.

Who gives a shite? Do you know what they mean when they say that? And actually, it does suck - one of the reasons pro ball just doesn't do it for me anymore. Too overproduced and cheesy.
At least the PA guy no longer barks out players' names WHILE they are trying to play, like they did years ago. That was irritating.
