Unfortunatley not. I despise the student section for doing the "woooooo!" at the end of the 2nd down theme.

Didn't really take it that way. I didn't think it was meant like that. i guess now that I think about it, the last thing I ever envisioned when I first heard "Whole Lotta Love" was that Led Zeppelin would ever be in a half time show with trombones, tubas, and flag girls. Not exactly like the rock and roll that I knew.
The first time i ever heard that song, I am riding down Canal Street in New Orleans with my head in my girl friends lap. And no, it wasn't like THAT. I should have been so lucky. She later dumped me, and while I was sitting in Tiger Stadium last night, I thought about that girl and that moment. BREAKS MY HEART TO THIS DAY.

same here. my last year in the student section was the '06 season and we didnt alter any of the cheers like they have done in the last year or two. only addition i like now that we didnt do was yell "L-S-U" at the end of the alma mater.
i also cannot stand the "neck" song. it may look cool in the student section, but it looks pretty embarrassing when you have overweight 50 year olds waving their arm up and down like that.

Yea I'm slipping in my old years so I must have forgotten to start a thread on this but both the canned and piped-in music last night was as much of a nuisance as ever.
