The Georgia game in 2018 was uncomfortable, but tolerable. Typical summer heat in the humid subtropics of South Louisiana. UCLA in 2024 was literally an open-air oven

Some of you merely adopted the heat. I was born in it.
Grew up at the top of 301 IN THE 90s and we rarely missed a game. We made it through the heat just to watch us get mauled every weekend

I don't remember any early-season daytime games in the 1990's, except three @ A&M (1991, 93, 95), and vs A&M at home in 1992. And vs Auburn in 1999.
It was hot as balls for all those games, and we lost all of them BIG.
