Good game. Remember it too. Was it 72 or 73?
Wasn't it the year Mike Miley was our QB? That was a good game. This one should be the same.

Just looked it up. It was the 74 Orange following the 73 season.

Your fans should be thinking of ways to protect themselves from piss bombs. That and hoping there aren't any Port-O-Potties in Orlando.

Tigers and Lions--interesting matchup.

I have been a lifelong Los Angeles-St. Louis Rams fan so I remember well John Cappelletti and his five years with the Rams.

Welcome to the board, Nittany.
I'm sort of looking forward to this game. I have actually enjoyed getting to know the Penn State alums living here the past few years. What a great group of people!! We cheer for them and they cheer for us. It's not going to be easy having to play them now, but this will be a good game against a school in which I have the utmost admiration and respect.
May it be a very safe, clean game.

Thanks folks. I've been around since 05 but spend most of my time in the MSB. However I am familiar with rant meltdowns and the positiger/negatiger battle .

We have some history with the SEC and have had some success against most of the teams (save for Florida and Bama) so I think we can certainly be competitive in this game but we have some areas where LSU can really exploit us (offensive line, secondary and special teams are probably our three biggest weaknesses) so I'm expecting it to be a really solid defensive battle.

I am concerned about LSU's wide receivers against our secondary though. It'll be very interesting to see how we defend the pass in this game.

We had fun vs the Vols a few years ago and after we beat up on them in the Outback Bowl and I wouldn't expect anything less from LSU fans. My best buddy is an LSU alum and my wife and I usually root for them but this one will have to be the exception.

Can't wait...and it should be one heck of a tailgate down in Orlando.
