Are coaches criticized more for their actions during the season or during spring training and such? Answer this question you silly turd.
Coaches aren't under a microscope during the off-season unless their buying hookers and blow for players or escorting young boys into the showers...I can't believe I'm actually having to explain this to you.
O isn't going to lose his job in the offseason....good grief!

Correct. The most hands on coaching is in spring and fall practices learning to master your position.
Of course they are coached in practice during season but much is game prep responsibilities, strategy, film study, situations, etc. By then you had best know your mechanics and technique.
