Not even close. Go back to the regime of St. Dale and you'll find MANY games worse than last night. How about v Kentucky in the PMAC in 1996 where LSU was down 84-40 and had 4 ten-second violations in that half?
Yeah, but that Kentucky team was very, very good...this Syracuse team was not.

Man, I remember back when a smoke was a smoke... and groovin' was GROOVIN'!
Syracuse is young, but they are improving. It wouldn't surprise me if they win 20 games this year. They're on the cusp of an NCAA tourney, and are always strong at home. Sure they lost to Tennessee and Gonzaga in Maui, but those are top 10 teams.

Always amazed when we had Shaq we still never really won anything.

Because truth be told Dale Brown was a jerk, he berated his players, and was a horrible in-game coach.
I do believe he started off building and motivating his teams, and the Tigers had lots of success in his first 15 or so seasons, but after that loss to Bobby Knight and Indiana in the Elite Eight in 1987, he just lost his mind and couldn't coach a lick afterwards, even with elite talent (the three Shaq years, for instance).
