I mean, it’s somewhat on him. He dropped a catchable fly ball

It's on him, it's on Jay for pulling Ack after he just blew them away in the 8th, it's on White, it's on the terrible defensive positioning in the 9th, it's on the entire lineup for doing nothing after the 3rd inning.

North Carolina didn't deserve win. We handed them the last two runs. I've never been so disappointed after a loss. This feels way different after watching them almost literally hand them the game. The only way for it to have been a worse giveaway, would be to have actually handed them a piece of paper saying "we forfeit" .

But I get it, players make mistakes. I'll get over those quickly. What's really hard to swallow is how the staff managed the end of the game. And no, I'm not "second guessing" the decision to pull Ack. If you were to ask those who were watching the game with me, they'd tell you that I immediately questioned it. Ack is a guy that either has it, and is fantastic, or doesn't, and he's out in less than an inning like yesterday. This was clearly "good" Ack. Read the room, coach.

True, but it's still on Brown. Period.
