Yep. Keeping WW and enduring whatever sanctions they threw at us would have been better than this. Bball coaches that can win at LSU don’t grow on trees.

In fairness, 9-4 at least kept most people sane . If ncaa penalties would’ve made that 4-9, the whole state would be on suicide watch.

The Yankees gave Billy Martin 5 chances. Give WW a second chance.

Connecting the Dots.
For some reason they decided to fire Orgeron shortly after winning the National Championship, and visiting President Trump. Hmmm?
Hired a new DC. Orgeron said that he never interviewed Pellini. Who did?
After coaching the best defenses in the NCAA, in 2008, Pellini forgot how to coach defense. The defense, in 2020, made the same mistakes from the first game until the end of that season. Pellini was paid his two year salary after one year and he retired once more. He earned two years of salary for one miserable year of incompetence. I suppose he did what he was hired to do.
'Then the Media blitz against Orgeron started.
Same with Wade.

Woody got his Coaches and here we are. Everybody happy?

Cheer up Baseball starts in a couple of weeks.

You can't kill the program- it's been dead for a couple of years.

The truth behind this comment is infuriating.

Kansas had the balls. LSU did not.

Was the Kansas football team also under investigation? How about Arizona? What part of “Lack of Institutional Control” do you guys not understand.

I've always looked at the first Wade suspension as the turning point.
If he wasn't fired then for insubordination for not meeting with the AD, we
should have road it out. Arizona moved fast and there was no drop off in there program. Kansas, Duke etc rode it out and had no problems either.
We tried to ride it out and Woodward flinched which allowed the NCAA to
put a huge cloud over the program, which was only lifted for this recruiting cycle. Once all that damage was done, you might as well have kept Wade
