Les recruited well and played a style of football that he knew would win an arse load of football games.and he was correct.
Problem is, he wouldnt take enough changes with scheme to get us over the top, at least post 2008.
Anyway, This is a dumb argument if you're using O as the counter to Les. He's les 2.0 as of right now, with a promise to change.

Miles only problem is he cannot adapt. I'm happy to see us at least trying to this year
Les recruited well enough though to keep him winning at a decent clip. It's the most important aspect of a program
