They need to reach an agreement where Paul steps aside and a younger more energetic coach comes on and maybe let Paul stay as a figure head or in a consigliere type role to help with the recruiting and veteran type coaching decisions (off the field). However, I doubt a guy like CPM would do that, but the proposition might make him retire.
