It does happen at other schools and you do seriously need to put this behind you.

Really? an undefeated season and losing the NC without scoring a single point or trying any other QB or plays?

The Tigers are loaded for next year, and have a great chance to return to the NC--MUCH better QB, easier non-conference schedule, etc. Lets concentrate on winning SEC first-BTW, in regards to your recruiting comments--all those rankings are very subjective, and some guy's opinion who might not have ever seen a kid play. (Remember, Jacob Hester was only rated a 2 star!!!)

If Bama's defense was good enough to hold LSU the first game why is it such a shock that they were able to hold them the second time

3. LSU stuck with the gameplan even when we were down 9-0. Hello? shouldn’t we have tried something else? We didn’t have any trick plays? Any new plays?

So you think it was selfishness or was it just
ineptness?

I guess rehashing the same thing over and over for the one millionth time will somehow reverse time and allow a do-over.

I heard from my friends at LSU that the players - especially receivers are really mad at Miles for not giving them a chance to win by playing Lee. Also that Miles called most of the plays that day as the players and even the support staff had a big standoff against Miles on gameday. I know some of it could be speculation but some of it has to be true.

I actually agree with this dude. LSU had an amazing season, and could have had one of the best seasons in the BCS era - and college football history.

But Les totally screwed it up. His stubborn insistence on sticking with Jefferson was costly. I still don't get how he thought JJ was the better QB, it was clearly obvious he wasn't.

Would Lee have made the difference in the NC game? Probably not, Bama played almost flawlessly. But had Miles stuck with a 2 QB system - that Bama had trouble preparing for the first time around- things may have been different.

I thought starting Lee and using Jefferson as a change of pace running/option QB was brilliant. It made this offense very balanced and capable of executing pretty much anything. Starting JJ full time and benching Lee took away the deep pass threat. Without a deep threat, this offense went downhill.

Nothing we can do about it now, we just have to hope next season Mettenberger is the clear cut starter with no question and we run the play action, multiple RB, pro style offense we ran with Lee.

You're right. This could only happen at LSU with our [evidently] imbecile coach. Solution? Find a new team and GTFO.

He was asking these same questions about Bama's kicking game after the first game. It's so predictable.

First off, you you need to change your handle. False advertising.

Maybe as to Rivals, certainly false as to eSPIN. Moreover, the rankings have serious flaws in them which I will not bother to explain as your simple mind seems unable to grasp anything large.

Yes it can and does.

Didn't any officials at LSU questions his decisions after the Georgia game?

The game in which we blew them out and won the SEC title? I doubt it.

Not only did we lose the game so embarrassingly (0 points), we also lost the NC, great recruits this year and another shot at NC title this year.

That settles it I guess we shouldn't even watch next year. How in the hell did we lose a chance to win it next year???
