Your high paid coaching staff has run this season in the ground and cost the best back in America the heisman.

We could have lost to BAMA and still been in the national championship picture.

That's 4 years in row.

Made some bad coordinator hires combined with bad game planning = blowout losses to inferior teams. Not gonna keep your job at a program that feels it should contend for a playoff spot.

I just don't see how it's not time to move on. One more year will hurt recruiting more than ripping the bandaid off. I sure wouldn't want my kid going somewhere where the HC might be gone after his freshman year.

Makes me sad to say that.

You realize we lost 3 straight by double digits.

We haven't done that since the 60's

And you are questioning why we are ready for a new direction???????????????????????

Why? Why does his recruiting matter?

What has he done with the other highly rated recruits?

Who is in charge of evaluating and recruiting players to fill all of these holes if that's the case? Not only is the offense a constant problem under him but talent evaluation as well it seems.

This defense beat Mississippi st, who just beat Arkansas, even though they gave up 50 points..

This team lives by the offensive line, period.. we stalled way too much. 17 points was not going to be enough. The defense made enough stops in these games to at least be competitive. We turned into a totally different team and no longer controlled the games.. This is part of Miles philosophy. Points have also come off some bad turnovers inside the red zone.. We should have been able to score more, especially against Arkansas (one of the worst pass D's in the country) and against Ole Miss.

We lost these games in a total team effort.

Dude, many on here have been complaining about the CLM way for years, we were called negative. The rent a wins kept coming in, and you did not want to hear about any problems.

Well, the chickens have come home to roost. The problems can no longer be whitewashed.

Now, lets begin a new fun era of LSU football.

Sorry WRONG!

I called 3 losses at least AFTER the UF game.

I am sorry some of you are freaking ignorant towards the obvious flaws that is LES MILES when it comes to challenging for a SEC and NC.

Not surprised from reading this board. More interested in correcting grammar than understanding football.

Most of us admire and respect Les Miles. I think most of us are facing the reality that our school needs to go in another direction. It's more sadness today than pitchforks.

Thank you. Its responses like that that keep me coming back. No need to have an intelligent conversation, just be obscene.
I love the Louisiana mentality.

same for me. i really like CLM, but at the price LSU is charging to fill that stadium, parking, and TAF fees, they can't afford a major downturn in the football program since it funds most of the other sports on campus. they have to make a move before more damage is done.
