The OL is the most important. If they can't gel it's a 6 to 7 win season. If they gel get everything together we can win 10

Fans keep pointing to the O-line as a likely problem, it's not. LSU does have to find its best and most reliable receivers, and running backs who will play most snaps.

I cannot agree with you.
Everything hinges on the o-line for a successful year.

QB and WR can be all SEC type guys, but will perform terrible if given no time to read the coverage, run routes or make good throws.
A great o-line can make mediocre RB's look really good.

So, if your list must be 4....I say just pick any 4 of the 5 o-line spots. EVERYTHING else will fall into place from there.

Finally, if you are going with 3 WR's on YOUR list....it is crap without Jefferson. He is VERY good and will be a big part of this season.

Geaux Tigers!!

That's right. The game is won in the trenches. Plain and simple.

Three of those guys are putting on the uniform for the first time and you're putting the enitre season on their shoulders?

Disagree. I think the offensive backfield will determine our fate. If we get a rushing game going, along with the newly anticipated passing game, and can have some sustained drives: This will allow our defense to rest, stay fresh and handle the opponents.

No. We've heard nothing to make anyone think that the oline is reliable. That will have to be proven.

It is fun to suppose these four... If these four are well-known across SEC and college football fan bases this Fall it will mean our Tigers are having a monster season. Geaux Tigers.

LSU could have Drew fricking Brees and it wouldn't matter? How is your rehab going? Put the crack pipe down my brother.

I did not say nobody had impact fresmen.....I said who DEPENDS on freshmen for their success. Alabama had/has other players who could have stepped in and performed great. Every team wants their freshmen to make contributions to the program. However, only great teams "reload" instead of "rebuild."

How did you determine that Alabama "depended" on these freshmen? They certainly played freshmen.....thry had freshmen make impact plays in big games, etc. Question: Does Alabama win the National Championship if either of those freshmen gets hurt?

These four guys will determine LSU's 2018 football seasonLSU's defense will more than carry its' weight, the O-line is improving and will be sound, Burrow will be steady and accurate at QB. LSU's Running backs will get respectable yards, but the four people LSU will most depend on in 2018 will be the receivers. LSU's season basically comes down to these four guys, three WR's and one TE. You are welcome to pick your four players who will determine the season, for me it's LSU's receivers. Just know this, LSU could have Drew Brees behind center, and it wouldn't matter, if the receivers don't get open and catch the ball. Since LSU's fortune will be so more dependent on the pass, these are the four likely guys who hold LSU's 2018 football season in their hands. Kinda blows your mind doesn't it? 1. Ja Marr Chase WR Freshman 2.Tarrace Marshall Jr. WR Freshman 3.Jonathan Giles WR Junior 4. Foster Moreau TE Senior

Disagree. Running game isn't going to win LSU games in 2018, not against these powerhouse defenses LSU will face. Wins will be largely due to LSU's passing, if all of the stout SEC defenses are basically even.
