Don't get me wrong, I can easily see Max as a good QB, but when I watched Brennan throw the ball, all I can see is him lighting up defenses. We have to get better pass protection. If we can keep him pretty clean, he'll throw all over the yard.

IMO, Today's college offense is at its best when you have the threat of RPO.
Myles might run 4.8. If that is true, Max is for sure 4.6 if not high 4.5. This difference is important for the passing game to be more efficient.
Last year Myles was getting tripped up or tackled from behind when trying to get away from pressure and that was against defenses that did not have great talent. I did not see that with Max. Myles added weight and I fear he may be even slower now.
