At least you did give credit to the coaches to an extent upthread. And I'm sure you also have praised players at times.
Those who can't see and express any goodness in a team such as LSU really aren't hurting anyone or doing any harm other than making themselves miserable in an era of LSU football where there is so much to celebrate. But everybody brings their own baggage to things so maybe life has just rendered them incapable of enjoyment.

It is a touchy subject. Hence the term "fans". It is bad luck in so many ways that LSU has to contend with the one coach that had so much to do with making the program great. I do not understand much of what CLM does from an average fan perspective. It seems natural to compare how other teams did against LSU opponents and to draw conclusions about LSUs relative ability. As I see it, LSU underperformed for the majority of the season AND played some of its worse ball down the stretch. Just doesn't make sense.

Good point. Why watch if it makes one sick? If one had no feelings about it, then what's the point. Hard to remain objective about that which arouses passion.
I would like to see LSU blow out teams like Ole Miss, Moo State and Arky this year. Oh, and Auburn, Towson, UNT, Idaho. So much so that most of the rest of the team gets significant playing time. That did not happen with QB last year despite a number of lopsided wins. Hard to conclude that it was to the detriment of ZH this year, but I am just being negative. Oh and the admin in its infinite wisdom has anchored this thread.

Good to read some objectivity rather than blind bias. We all love our Tigers, but they can be better.
