Eh, we still got shut out at home by Bama and the offense had major struggles most of the year. That UF loss stung too.
Obviously the Auburn and UGA wins were huge though.

ETA: Stating truths about what O had done prior to this year is not just being negative, and I even gave him credit for stuff. But of course no one seems to ever notice that part.

This is what you pick out? That says it all.
It was a 10 win season. The Bama loss was ugly but it doesn’t negate an overall excellent season. It’s the 1 loss in the 9-1 record vs Our last Top 10 ranked opponents.
O took over a program that was stuck in neutral. He’s had a steady ready rise.
The bottom line is that it wasn’t an illogical choice to hire him and the results are impressive.
