Gafney was the Best Florida wr in the NFL last year and he had less than 500 yards. Dwayne Bowe had over 1000 and Devery Henderson had over 700, Clayton had over 400

From 2003
quote:

It probably makes a lot of teams nervous, there's no question," Buffalo general manager Tom Donahoe said. "It's definitely a factor that comes up. Whether you're talking about Florida receivers or Penn State running backs, or even BYU offensive linemen. There are certain trends that everyone is aware of." In Florida's case, the trend isn't an overnight one. Since 1990, which coincides with the beginning of the Steve Spurrier era in Gainesville, the Gators have had 16 receivers drafted. Ten of those have been in the top three rounds. Of those, six have been selected in either the first or second round. And yet, of that group, you'd be hard-pressed to identify one ex-Gator receiver who has attained NFL star status.

and more
quote:

Vowed one personnel man for a team that has drafted a Florida receiver in the past decade: "We'll never draft another one. I know that. We're out of that market."

wasn't Cannon a receiver?

He was a running back. Now who is the moron?

He was switched to TE in the Pros.
quote:

Cannon had an uncommon combination of brute strength with the speed of a sprinter. A track and field coach is reported to have remarked during his college career that he could have lost 15 pounds and won the Olympic gold in the 100 meter dash, or gained 15 pounds and won the Olympic gold in the shotput.[citation needed] In 1960, his signing by the Houston Oilers followed a fierce bidding war that began when Oilers owner Bud Adams met Cannon in the end zone following LSU's Sugar Bowl victory

quote:

Cannon amassed 2,043 all-purpose yards in 1961, and led the league in rushing. He played for the Oilers from 1960 through 1963 and went to the Oakland Raiders in 1964. Al Davis converted him to tight end during the 1964 season, and he finished his career as one of the best players of all time at that position.

quote:

He was an AFL All-League selection at tight end in 1967, when he scored 10 receiving touchdowns. He played tight end in the in 1969 AFL All-Star Game. He accounted for a total of 64 touchdowns in his career, 47 of them receiving. For his career, he amassed 3,656 yards receiving, 2,455 yards rushing, and 1,882 return yards for a combined total of 8,003 yards and 63 touchdowns. He also passed for 46 yards and one touchdown. He played in a total of six AFL Championship games, winning twice with the Oilers and once with the Raiders

quote:

Billy Cannon is one of twenty players who played the entire ten years of the American Football League's existence.

I'm late to the party but Ohio State at #8 is stupidly low. Add the fact that the idiot that put this together missed Paul Warfield from the Ohio State list and it becomes even more absurd.

man it took us 13 pages to make this guy realize that Florida was not WR U. Props were given to OHio ST. But with that said we also know that LSU is not WR U but Florida WR's don't compare to us when it comes to the pros
