Well, the head coach obviously isn't very good. That hurts he team quite a bit, IMHO.

There is always several good playere coming out of LA, but we don't seem to recruit them. Just like in football, there is always good players that are underated that goes somewhere else and has a really good career.

We need to do a better job scouting the LA players to get these diamonds in the rough. We still have to depend mainly on out of state players, but we need to be gettting the top players in the state and we aren't getting hardly any of them
