TheDoc- is Ford going to start getting carries or is he buried on the depth chart?

There's those inside sources.

What exactly is the point of this thread anyway? "We lost some guys so we may lose more games!?" OK what are we as fans suppose to do about it and what's wrong with fans hoping and believing the team can overcome the losses?

That's kind of the point of being a fan

This board can really great and it can be really down right unbearable. Imagine what it will be like if by some perfect storm the tigers are upset by U-dub.

sure we overcome them....but losing two pre-season all-americans is NOT MEH.

I don't see the point in about something that is part of the game.

VC, this is ironic, since you chastised me for pointing out our inexperience in the secondary after the Mathieu debacle.

losing one player was a hit, but can overcome that. Now losing two all-americans...that will be huge to overcome. No one is crying on here like some of the kids are trying to say. It is just reality. I think the Faulk loss will hurt us a lot more than TM...but when you combine the two...an intelligent person starts to for conclusions.....I am still very hopeful that LSU will overcome the losses, and sure as hell aren't giving up.....however at some point reality needs to be considered...and the kids on here don't seem to every consider reality. They live in a fantasy world where we should be able to lose anyone and just replace them and be as good as we were.

My point to you was that we could overcome mathieu...there is a lot of experience back there as well. Losing Faulk is huge...he was our best...and Hurst...well.

There are some good posters on here, actually, kid. A lot of information can be shared, learned on here. Unfortunately we have to cut through all the bs by you kids, in the process.

It would be epic. You have 60% to 70% of the board filled with kids that think all this success is just a given, and that LSU will never have a bad run again. They are your big-time knee-jerk reaction guys. They would implode...fire Miles, Fire Chavis...fire em' all.....etc.....Some of us that have been through the good and the bad, have much more of an appreciation of what we have now at LSU and realize that although ideally we would like to win it all, a 11 win season isn't "throwing in the towel" like one of these posters said.
