…tell a member institution, especially a state funded school, not to abide by court decisions from its own state’s courts.
Just as it cannot dictate to a state what its school’s admissions requirements, academic standards and tuition should be.

LSU doesn’t have to take the players. The court order does not require them to do so, thus your argument is a bit useless.
