I've just come to accept that I'm going to sit in traffic on my way to and home from work. When I go to home games, I go in with that expectation. I just enjoy the postgame radio show (provided we win) or wallow in misery if we lose.
Is the traffic problem really that much better if you leave in the third quarter?

This. And everyone that knows me knows this. So it's no shock when I don't attend. My wife could be asked to be the Maid of Honor, and she wouldn't even ask me about coming.
