I agree.
Crowton calls a flawless offense.
The consistent refusal to create match ups against linebackers and safeties is by design. Crowton figures that most linebackers realize they will struggling covering a receiver across the middle and, because of this, they are hesitant. Therefore, to really confuse these linebackers, he simply doesn't run routes across the middle. That way the linebackers are simply worried about something that will never occur.
He employs this tactic with screen passes as well. Sure, Fairley is in the backfield every play. But you know Fairley is think "man, I'm in trouble if they ever throw a screen pass to the RB." Knowing this hesitation, Crowton really throws a hex on Fairley and doesn't throw the screen pass.
And, of course, who can forget the ever confusing substitution scheme? 15 seconds left against Tennessee with the clock running and no time outs . . . what's the last thing the defense will expect? I know, let's run in a substitution package and not give them a play.
The man is a genius. It's the reason he's known as Mr. Wizard.

This is not new. He still hasn't said whether he is a friend, relative or neighbor of JJ's. Say Roadkill, how's your best friend Deadfish out there in Banland doing?
Two years as starting QB, surrounded by highly touted skill players, and he has steered us to two finishes in the bottom 20 of all D1 offenses.

Because this outcome is in no way associated with playcalling or scheme.

Starting lee every game in 2010 would have been interesting for sure.

Do we still refuse to call screen passes, dump offs, and target the Tight End?
If so, Lee may have been dead by Auburn.

Dude, the reason JL can't run like Newton is because of JJ. Its all his fault. I'm with Roaad on this one.

We don't have Flynn, Hester and Doucet playing.
That is all...

He made Lee regress at the end of the year.
Lee almost threw a bad pass because of JJ being black.

Jarret Lee is to quarterbacking what Chuck Norris is to arse-kickery.
I have no clue why Miles feels the need to keep signing QB's. . .We could just keep cloning Lee.
He's so awesome.
