What to do about Strength and Conditioning?
Retain Flint & co. or not? They may jump with Kelly assuming he gets another job. I guess they'll have to at least be retained throughout the season, right?

Usually, but not always. Moffit was retained by Miles and Orgeron.
We just need somebody that remembers old school football and can mix that with the technology of today. Speed is great for skill players, but linemen still need to be able to push a building over.
