I'm sticking with my prediction from a few weeks ago.

Our D plays lights out even though our Offense sputters at first. Once our Offense shakes off the jitters (two drives max) we start effectively taking them apart. Burrow plays with a chip on his shoulder and we get a glimpse of things to come.

Miami's D does fairly well in the first half keeping the game from getting out of hand but it is quickly apparent at the beginning of the 3rd that we're going to win as we begin running away with the game.

Miami scores a garbage time TD

After the game all that is talked about is how Miami was overrated and we move up 5 spots in the rankings.

LSU by 10.

I have a feeling our D is going to be fast, deep and nasty. One of our best defenses in years, hopefully.

I expect Burrows to be a little better than Etling, but I am also expecting our OLine to struggle. Let's hope we effectively utilize a short passing game and mix things up enough so our O can move the ball.

This year's team will be better than last year's team at -

Special Teams - specifically the Kicking game

And weaker at -
RB
Probably the OLine for a while

And I think the Secondary could be a push, and WR may be as well. Chark was really good last year.

So, top to bottom, we should have a better team this year than last year, overall.... but that schedule is atrocious. 8 or 9 wins might be our ceiling.

But the LSU Tigers win this one -
