This was actually a good win. What the frick do these pussy fans not get. Our first game of the season. Msu is legit as long as Prescott is qb

Was the second half irrelevant?

BTW, there is nothing "average" bout 104-29 while playing in the SEC either.

Past performance does not reflect future results.
Our players were superior athletes and deserve superior results.

interesting point.
so you're saying that just because we played conservatively throwing the football last night, we might not do that all season?

Don't live on what has worked in the past. Be prepared to unleash an awesome passing game if the Les Miles run game isn't effective. The athletes are in place.

To be the best, always strive to improve your product/ reach another level

Our collective fan base may not be the best gauge to provide introspection to guide the process above (sadly I am also critical of Miles for his inability to do this very thing with on the field product as he seems committed to his own antiquated philosophy)

Overall, debate and dissension are preferred over apathy

Its less than than 24 hours afterwards.....people will ease up but in the meantime what difference could it possibly hurt you to let people rant?

It's aggravating to see so many here with absolute zero perspective of the college football landscape. Arkansas lost to Toledo. Auburn was some fluky bull shite away from losing to Jacksonville state. Yet lsu battles on the road against an in conference ranked opponent and wins and the fans are melting.

You don't see how ridiculous that is?

Stop comparing us to arkansas. Or anyone for that matter. If you can't see that we are underperforming to our talent you are a lost cause.

why? the talent disparity between arkansas and toledo is far greater than that of lsu-miss st.

isn't the precious wasting of talent the big problem we're wringing our hands about?

Oh I forgot I'm on the tiger rant and no other teams have talent and they do not belong on the same field as lsu

It's becoming apparent that many lsu "fans" do not have any perspective.

Ya dude!! I mean we are freaking L S U, I mean we have the best talent anywhere, we have all of the talent, nobody has talent but LSU and NO BODY should ever score on LSU or get a first down because our talent is so over whelming and awesome and it is the best because we are L S U. and any time we don't score 1,000 points I

I understand what your trying to say. It was a quality win but when a team goes from totally dominating to almost losing the game, questions will be asked and concerns will be identified. Some of them are worth taking notice.

Who said we're not prepared to do that? Our "Les Miles run game" was effective last night. Very effective. And we won.

I'm not saying we are better than everybody but to feel good about our team because someone else isn't good or performing well is a major problem. You are that guy that suck at life but rationalizes his inadequacies by pointing his finger at the other guy that's worse. Congrats again at being average.
