Anyone know if the new stadium is on schedule and if it's not how far behind schedule is it?

Looking good. I drove by it today and it looks like it's coming along great. But at this point, it's hard to tell how far off they actually are from just looking at it.

My understanding is that it would just be minor touch-ups that they could do during the season.

It will probably be like TS was with the West Upper. It will lack all the little details but the seating will be there and it can used. Being it is Louisiana, they will blame high costs due to the hurricane in citing why it is not complete. They will drag arse and take another year to fully complete the stadium like they did in the West Upper.

The pilings driven into the ground that were forced to be dug up also cost much needed time on the West Upper.

And this isn't a matter of tearing the old box down and building another. We knew since last year that they would not likely finish all of the "amenities" until the season continued.

But get pissed.

There was no coaches committee meeting last night, or at least baseball one for baseball.

They have already got the field looking good so I assume it cannot be that far off.

Photos on LSUSports.Net taken yesterday look like it can be completed by Feb-March, but anything can happen.
