Just because you don't like the answer, doesn't mean it wasn't logical. I provided a perfectly logical answer to that question. The reason is that they provided the other criteria requested by the university. There were two options given. It's not required to show proof of both.

Now if there is another question you would like answered, so be it. But I provided a perfectly logical answer to the above question.
