The lines are “Savage”. Every position looks stronger, in fact.

I know we have different dudes on this team, but the lines were knocking Clemson back all game. It’s obvious Nick Savage’s strength and conditioning program is a major upgrade over Flint’s (BK). Will Campbell was an AA talent but struggled in the run game along with the rest of the line during the BK era. Sure is nice to see.

Can't tell if you're an idiot who is just saying things or someone who watched Davis close all game and saw he wasn't getting it done.

Which is it because I didn't notice anything

I watched every play again today.
Go back and watch.
Two pt conversion failed cause he got beat.
Got beat twice and Sam made the DE miss.
He run blocked okay.
His pass blocking is a liability.

Clemson has pretty good pass rushers I’m not worried about a couple of whiffs in game 1. He’s going to get better as the year progresses.

Davis got beat a few times in the passing game, but he was a beast run game.

He wasn’t perfect t and I remember him getting beat badly one time, but from where he was last year to what he did Saturday night is a mighty huge difference.

Compared to last season he is a all American, but yea a lot of Sam’s running was out of necessity. The great thing is we have a coach that watches film and will jump their asses.
