That the offense is God awful in redzone td scoring, that we are outside the top 60 in both rushing yards per play and passing yards per play. The fact that outside of the georgia game the playcalling has been horrible. The fact that we are an OC away from actually competing for titles.

I’ve never knocked E, don’t blame Orgeron for wanting his guys, which is what he should have done last year instead of having a scapegoat saying he was pressured into hiring a big name.

But rational people can’t deny that this offense has only been as successful as it has because of Burrow. This isn’t an E or an O offense, it’s a fricking Joe offense.

If Brennen was our starter this year there is very little doubt we’d be in a much different position heading into this game.

I’m enjoying this ride because once Burrow is gone, not to mention Aranda, we may not pass this way again for quite a while.

Which is why winning the West this year or next may be our best shot.

Don’t want to have to beat Tua in his last year at Bryant Denny?? Then now is the fricking time

He has far exceeded my expectations, which were admittedly quite low. I thought it was an historically shitty hire and he has assembled/inherited a staff that seems to be clicking somewhat.

However, if we lose badly to Bama and lose at A&M, that will be 9-3 and not up to par.

10 wins should be our expectation every year.

In the end, I think Orgeron's legacy will be defined by who he replaces Aranda with and how he does against Bama. That's just the way it is.

Do you think this years offense will perform better than the 2015 offense

This bama defense is no where near 2015 bama defense.

To date we have played a single top 30 run defense.

3 teams in the top 30 in opponents yards per game

We have played red zone scoring defense in the top 40 all year and our redzone td scoring is awful.

So we are discounting wins against weak competition now???

O only had two good wins in his first 20 games then

LSU is competing for a title Saturday. Win that game and they've got a good chance to get in the playoffs.

Yea the offense will have to score touchdowns in the red zone Saturday to win. They’ve got to get better fast in that area

Typical O hater response. Using future negative predictors in attempt to down play success up until this point. We call this goldrushing

The fact that youre happy with such an unproductive offense puts your bias on full display.

Why would i get specific with someone that doesnt know where the 4 technique lines up.

Anything ill say youll chalk up to inexperience or execution as if its not the coaches job to clean up execution and get players ready.

There are atcually some good things within RickyDaddy's posts. It's just hard to read through the rest of it to find the good nuggets. It's like reading the diary of someone with Bipolar I Disorder.

What bias do i have?

That's because they were shite.

90% of them are more productive than the 2017 and 2018 offenses. Thats a fact. So youre calling our 2017 & 2018 offense shite.

Typical CheeriO response.

Treat every win as though it is proof of ultimate and future success while discounting any loss as just one game and need to let the season play out.

We call that Selective Ree-enforcement.

No, I'm just saying I will wait to judge him on the full season.

I also said he has far exceeded my expectations this year. And admitted I hated the hire.

Honestly, if he beats Bama, I don't give a frick what happens at A&M. I'll be happy as hell and say I was 100% wrong about Orgeron.

So you think LSU would be 7-1 and #3 if Burrow stays at OSU or chooses Cincinnati? (or if O had used all his spots on NSD like he intended to?)

It makes me a hater to understand how fortunate we are that things fell into place the way they did?

we are comparing offenses from 2 different seasons. The first 8 games of 2015 weren't against as good of competition as this year...am i right or wrong?

Or better yet do you think it was more impressive being 8-0 in 2015 or 7-1 this year?

If you say 8-0 I am guessing you think we will lose 3-4 games to close the season since in your mind the 2015 team was better?
