I think I heard all of this same crap last year....about how bad you would beat us. If I recall, it was by less than a TD in your house at night. Just saying....

This is really a huge game for West Virginia. If they win, they're honestly a real contender for the national championship.
LSU is just a good bit better though. So that's a problem for them.

First of all I wholeheartedly dismiss your premise that WVU players "want" it more than LSU players.
Do you really think they are traveling to the
middle of freaking nowhere USA to play on national TV as the #2 or 3 ranked team in the country and not want to win as much as your players? Total and complete BS.
Like most games LSU plays it will be decided at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. If LSU can run the ball effectively on O, are efficient in red zone, and not turn it over LSU's O can score enough if the D does just what it has done to date, LSU will be tough to beat.
If WVU stops the run, forces turnovers holds LSU to FG's rather TDs in redzone opps, moves the ball against our D and wins the battle of special teams they will be tough to beat.
But the "want" to win garbage reasonIng both teams and players and fans for that matter have the want one no more than the other.

If LSU loses, the national title hunt may not be over, but it would make the road much more difficutlt. That being said, if you can't run the ball on this defense, you don't have a chance in hell. Geno Smith will not be able to beat our secondary in the air. Idk the game plan, but for ya'lls sake I hope it's a lot more rushing than WVU has been doing.

this has probably been pointed out already, but even with a win saturday (which i doubt happens) this WVU team has no shot in hell at winning a NC this year. have you seen your defense and rushing "attack?" my ONLY fear is that this LSU team becomes jaded/too comfortable with playing ranked teams in prime time games and sleep walks a bit, other than that WVU is TOTALLY outmatched in this one.
