The Heisman moment no one talks about.

To me the Heisman came in the 4th quarter of the Mizzou game. After sitting out a series with a rib injury, he comes back into the game. Leads a 92 yard drive to seal the game, or damn near did. With two third down conversions. And finished it off with a 35 yard touchdown run where he has to literally crawl off the field because his ribs were in so much pain. Even more so now that Mizzou is a top 10 team and it was in their house.

That plus those 2 incredible runs vs Florida - JD5 has more proverbial "Heisman moments" than anyone else in the race.

I'd like 2 see JD5 break more records and put up 45+ vs A&M - still galled by that 74-72 loss vs A&M with some bad D and bad officiating.

Just glad our defense doesn't need that smoke again.

Drink seems legit

That wasn't a loss. We won it three times legally before they won once.

There was some bad officiating yes? I was so unwound afterwards that I've been unable to stomach watching the highlights since (cue Frozen "Let It Go" song here)

It’s unfortunate our season came down to beating Mizzou on the road.

The important key to him winning the Heisman is not shitting the bed this week and LSU beating A$M !

Biggest heisman moment was a 92 yard drive in the 3rd, maybe 4th biggest game of the season? I see why no one is talking about it.

People claim 3rd and 17 was Burrow’s Heisman moment. 2nd game of the year and probably 4th or 5th biggest game of the season. Try again clown.

Great point. That was a huge moment that has become bigger now that Mizzou is a top 10 team.

That game did not feel like a Bama or ole miss game, but it was just as big.

One of his underrated moments to me was at Bama: the 1 min drill TD to end the half -> get the ball back back -> go right down the field to score again to take the lead is the stuff you dream of.
