I was there sitting in R5. The right fielder for Tech spent more time facing the outfield wall catching balls bouncing off the wall than he did facing home plate . Who could ever forget the fit the Georgia Tech coach threw during the 7th inning

My brother and I were there as well. On the rightfield line. The whole crowd on that side had a good time with the GT rightfielder Fischer?

During the 18 run inning the PA would play "Shout" and the whole rf crowd would chant FISH instead of Shout

I was there....what a game for a 12 year old. The game took so long (and was so amazing) that I missed my flight back to Los Angeles.

I was on that team, too. I remember sitting in the dugout and then wondering when am I gonna go back in the field and play first base? Man, that game was fun...almost as fun as winning SEC POY.

I was the coach of that team. I never told the guys to make an out on purpose. Good times.

I think that was the day I daydreamed about a magical baseball that held the energy of the fans in it. Thank goodness my dream came true.

21 Antonio Leonardi-Cattolica P R/R 6-2 200 Jr. 1L Houston, Texas (Lee HS)

I remember yelling his name over and over again when I was at the games. I was about 9 years old at the time. Though it seems like yesterday.

7th inning. 18 runs. I was there.

I was there too. In that inning, one of our players (Chad Cooley, I think) made the first and third outs of the inning and had a hit in between. I remember the GT coach going balistic and complaining about the pitcher's mound.
