It was expected. Not happy, but prepared. They showed improvement, especially on D, and didn't just mail it in after the tough Bama loss.
I don't expect and wouldn't find anything remotely positive about 8-4 happening again next season--I am confident it will not.

I don't think anyone is "pumped" about 8-4. Some might be pleased that it was not worse. Some are mad that it was not better. Most fans are probably somewhere in the middle. Remember this….If we become like Nebraska (fired their coach for winning 75% of his games), it will become difficult to attract a quality coach.

Y'all need to quit spinning it......8-4 sucks.....period. The way we shite the bed against Bama and didn't bother showing up against Arky just makes it suck more every time I see those two numbers.

We have become comfortable with average. With LSU recruits the last 4 years we should be a lot better. I know we lost a lot the last 2 years but LSU is loaded with talent. Our coaches seem to be happy with our record, not me !

I'm not frustrated nor am I elated. This was the season I predicted we would have considering the inexperience and stuff. Although nobody could have predicted the horrid QB play. That is worrisome.

There are 5 SECW teams in the top 25. I'm not unhappy with 8-4. That team that played Ole Miss and the Gumps makes disappointed at 8-4. That team that played Auburn and Arky makes 8-4 look OK.
