I mean WTF was that call.
Put someone in motion only to have them cut back to try and go the way they came?
I know I don’t make millions coaching foosball, but aren’t you supposed to run your “best” play down there so as to try and give you the best chance at converting?
Maybe I’m just dumb and don’t know the genius that is coaching for a living and being an expert.

Nuss should not have been allowed to play QB after his 2 point conversion attempt vs A&M.

We ran a similar play successfully at Clemson, but this was setup to fail in Oxford. Took way too long to develop and blocked atrociously. Should've been a jump ball to Green or a Nuss roll out to the right with several streaking receivers.

We ran for just over 50 yards for the game and he decides to call a routine run that was about 6 yards behind the line of scrimmage on a big 2-point conversion. No one will be able to make sense of that call.

How about just run what won you the Bama game a few years back to Mason Taylor - to the front pile on

The play was not a poorly designed play. A reload counter of sorts…. The timing for calling that play was horrible.
We’ve seen that play before and we’ve seen it work… but 1 play to score…. That’s not the choice

Yea. Horrible call for the situation.

I disagree. Said this same thing in another thread about this, but there was a receiver open on an out breaking route toward the right pylon. I think Nuss should have pulled and fired. Clearly, the play was designed for Nuss to read the safety to see where LSU had more hats, and I think Nuss liked his numbers in the box. However, I believe he should've read the leverage to the outside to see we had an easy score on the out route.

Nuss has had a problem executing this throw see the tipped TD and other jump ball attempts.
