"Hostile work environment" & "defamation of character". LSU & Chavis were tied up in court well over 2 yrs & there was less gray area involved then either of these 2 issues would involve. Do you really think Canada wants to sit down for a hostile deposition with questions directed towards his actions or lack of same on the recruiting trail? About his past employment history & specifically, reasons for his firing at his last job? Hate is making some folks realllly dumb & dumber in some instances.

As a lawyer, this might be the dumbest, most inept statement I have ever read on this board. And that's saying something.
Hostile work environment only applies to sexual harassment claims. Defamation is only applicable if one is falsely accused of a crime or immoral act. He can't even sniff a cause of action for either.
