We were in 509, pretty close to the Clemson section. They were extremely loud, especially during those first few drives when we were pinned by that end zone. Definitely messed with our communication early.

But the LSU crowd took over every time Clemson had the ball, even when they were up.

The boos for the rest of the drive after that PI call in the 3rd pretty much ruined that drive for Clemson at a pivotal moment in the game. I’ve never heard boos go as long as that did. Outstanding work Tiger Nation

And when they showed Burrow on the big screen dancing to Neck I swear the only time I’ve heard The Dome as loud, was MNF in 06.

The game was over at that moment

Awesome atmosphere and experience, what a way to end the greatest season in CFP history

ETA: Forgot to add Joe on the big screen riding his bike at halftime while the GBFTL played Louisiana Saturday Night marching toward him was fricking awesome too

It was a phenomenal environment for a football game.

It was incredible. it was just a constant "oooo" on the field. That fricking umpire was throwing flags 40 yards down field.

I thought it was louder than any game I have been to in years and it was only 65% Lsu fans. Clemson fans were louder than I expected too in the beginning

Reliable Clemson baws said y’all were vile and nasty.

Atmosphere and crowd was good. But it wasn’t loud as a big home game or saints game. LSU fans just don’t know when to scream.

We were in 539 and I think the intensity of the boos was the loudest I have ever heard. I also agree with you that it disrupted Clemson's ability to call plays at the line. We HELPED win that championship! Those crappy refs deserved every boo and it paid off later with the Clemson offensive pass interference call as payback. Great game!

I actually didn’t notice. They played a video that he narrated at one point but not sure if he was there or not.

The CFB greats at halftime was mind blowing though. Barry Sanders, Jim Brown, Roger Staubach, Hershel, Earl Campbell, just an incredible collection of talent. (And Red Grange’s neighbor or some shite )

If they redo that in a few years Burrow would be up there with them. Just insane what we just witnessed.

Combine that with Trump on the field pregame, no matter your politics, it was just an amazing experience. I really didn’t expect him and the First Lady to walk out for the anthem.

Crowd was loud and respectful with USA chants. Was pretty awesome. Just everyone there to enjoy the game and atmosphere

Guy...I am probably the most pessimistic LSU fan there is. This season feels like a dream. To have a perfect 15-0 season ? Damn ! Incredible. To beat Bama and have an LSU player win the Heisman ? Never figured that would happen in my lifetime. Wow !

You crazy if you think Clemson had any trouble getting in plays. It was loud for sure. But not comparable to a big saints or home LSU big game

What percentage of Clemson fans would you say were there? I know they usually travel well, but I’ve been curious about this.

Man I’m always terrible at guessing those numbers but had to be pretty close to 60/40 I’d guess. They filled up their whole sideline section and went almost all the way to the corner of the end zone where we were. It was solid orange all the way around.

And I can tell you NOLA was an absolute sea of orange everywhere we went all weekend.

They showed up for sure

I'd estimate it as closer to 70-30. Much of the upper level on the Clemson aide of the field was filled with LSU fans.

I guess it depends on where you went. I imagine that most Clemson fans hung out in the more touristy areas. We didn't see all that many of them while we were out.

The boos kept up until after we caught the punt (still booing) but finally when the LSU offense came out the boos stopped.

But the boos in Tiger Stadium after Devin White’s targeting lasted for two full series.

Like I said I’m bad at estimating those numbers, but looking back at my pictures and I don’t see much purple even in the uppers on their side.

Yeah I cabbed straight from the airport to the hotel in CBD and didn’t leave that area. Plenty of orange at the Homewood Suites where I was.

My flight from ATL was also filled with Clemson fans but that’s to be expected I guess.

I was in the 300 level and there were 2 LSU fans sitting near us that were down right embarrassing. I hate to see our purple and gold worn by those 2 imbeciles.
