Ways in which Kelly has been described on TD in the past few weeks:
Smooth-talking politician that speaks in generalities and coachspeek
a-hole control freak that doesn't let anything out of his control
CEO that doesn't coach and just allows his coordinators to do heavy lifting
Coach that writes checks he can't cash by running his mouth
And now a neutered figurehead head coach that does whatever his AD tells him to do and just adds to his staff whomever the AD says to add
