Braswell said at the PC that he hit more HR's in the Fall than during his entire college career at S.Car. Credited it to his work with Chief & CJJ. Said he had talked with CJJ the day after the Kentucky Super Regional, telling CJJ that he knew coach was going to busy & that he would meet with him when he returned from Omaha. CJJ told him to get on the plane & they would meet the next day. Committed then.

Jones also has my favorite quote so far, “I’m still young in my opinion”. I feel the same way Jared, but my back, knees, and general shape say otherwise.
ETA: And later Guidry mentions that Primeaux’s slider may be the best pitch on the team.
