Running QBs are way more common than they were 25 years ago. It's crazy LSU just seems baffled when they face one

And it’s not like we didn’t have a great one to practice against last year.

Just doesn’t seem to be a gamer that we hoped he would be.

Can make all the throws just not consistent enough because his mechanics are atrocious.
Had to get better in this area or has no future at all in the NFL.

Our offense line had 3 gaming changing plays in the first half.

The first was the hold on Will that took away our chance at a touchdown having to settle for a fg. I still don't understand why he warped up the guy like that he was in good position for the block.

The second was DJ Chester being blind letting the only guy in a 10 yard box come in completely clean leading to Nuss fumble.

Then the third was DJ again with the false start on the last drive before half time causing a 10 second run off on top of the penalty. Giving us no chance even for a fg attempt.

That is at least 14 points directly cause by a unit that was to be the strength on the team. There performance this year has been ridiculous.

Pick in the end zone was the nail in the coffin.

Chester can't let the best mlb get to nuss in 1 sec. It wasn't some disguised blitz. He was standing over him. Chester pointed assignment out for his own assignment ha. He's utterly lost. I've never seen center false starts before this yr, it's quite impressive. And he's a top 100 recruit, in his 2nd yr. I don't get it.

You are getting downvoted and I don’t get it. Anyone who is downvoting this post needs to go back and watch this play. It’s 100% on Chester. He just stands there and lets the Bama defender run literally right by him and does nothing.

The game officially ended when LSU took the opening possession in the 2nd half, take the ball all the way to the Bama 5 only to throw a pick into the endzone on first down. LSU looked certain to cut into that 21-6 lead before the ill-advised INT
