Agreed. Being arrested for attitude is pretty shitty. From what info we have, it would seem he could have avoided the situation, but that doesn't mean it should be elevated to the point some of you have.

His actions since hs will be his demise eventually .. and he wont have enough money to buy something off the dollar menu at burger king....

The charges should be dropped but Simon probably cost himself a lot with his dumbassery. Hopefully he will learn from this.

He committed a crime. Not a "ruin your life" offense, but stuff he'll admit today he shouldn't have been doing.

Usually is for a lot of guys. If you can't control yourself in college where there is some structure, wait til you get money and national attention. Most can't handle it, which is why a lot of very talented people aren't playing long in the NFL.
