Thank god we have a QB

From indications, it sounds like a QB has been decided upon and the ones who lost out are deciding to perhaps jump ship. This means we have a freaking QB finally. Remember, when you have to play more than one QB, you probably simply don’t have a QB. This confirms that Burrows probably is the QB we hope he is and that he will now get a lot more reps. No more of this stupid splitting time with people who aren’t going to start.
To me, today is a good day. I’m glad our coaching staff can make a decision finally.

I just hope this has been a fair process and these players weren't lied to. At least one was always going to transfer but I wish we had been real up front months ago. Hope it works out for us and them.

My concern is Burrow did miss a potential start because he had a minor injury.
Would be nice to be in the position to redshirt Brennan.. they still might be able to with the new role though.

I don't know man. A lot of people are upset and more worried about hypothetical situations of two QBs getting hurt.

Its amazing how F'd up our fanbase has become. I think the last few years of Miles and the disappointment with hiring Orgeron has done some kind of strange damage to the psyche of the LSU fandom. Everything that happens is end of the world it seems.
We all knew one if not more of our QBs were going to transfer, yet when one does, the message boards go crazy and start getting pissed at the coach. Were you guys simply not paying attention all this time? This is the new norm now in college football. Get use to it. Don't be shocked when god all mighty SABAN has a QB transfer out once he gets a few more credit hours.
