I'm pulling for Bama because once they win it all, then it starts downhill with Saban.
Once he catches the carrot, he'll get a little bored with it all.

i love the fact that people on this board can say that Bama Gumps and Texas fans are more arrogant than LSU fans. LSU have the biggest HOMER fans of all time. on that note HOOK UM

Whatever. I'm pulling for Bama because I'm from the frickin south, and Bama is an SEC team. It's like family, some of the biggest a-holes you have to deal with, but they're still your family. When SEC competition is going on during the season, there's no one I hate more than the gumps, but when an SEC team is competing against some other conference's "best", screw that conference. My brother graduated from OU, btw, and he says that no SEC fans are as obnoxious as the 'Horns.
Go Bama. Go SEC. Helps us in the rankings too.

I won't cheer for Bama or TX, but I do think a bama win helps us more than a TX win.
Truth be told, if TX had a coach they should win every year with the talent in that state.

I'm pulling for Texas for ONE reason only. My buddy, The Good Doctor bleeds the orange to such an extent that I would fear for his health if they lost.

Because I remember in both 03 and 07 there were a lot of Bama fans who supported us to win even though they really didnt like to. I have friends of mine who are both current and past Bama students who rooted for LSU BOTH times. I owe it to them for one night and one night only to raise the Bama flag in support.........even though I fully plan on burning it after the game is over.
Im pulling for Bama.

Bama. Because I think they are the better team by far. Hell they have to be good. They beat LSU and they beat the only other two teams that beat us. As a bonus we get to say that we beat the defending national champs next season.

I couldn't agree more! I hate seeing anything of the SEC on our field, on our bb court, etc. It is so obvious that the SEC office in Birmingham is so anti-LSU. Many complain on here that ESPN is anti-LSU...my friends, ESPN doesn't come close!
LSU probably will never leave the conference, but I sure as hell will never pull for anything that represents the SEC....except for LSU!
It is long overdue that someone shake up the gumps in Alabama! That SEC office is so biased and should not represent my beloved LSU! nor any of the other fine institutions in the Southeast!
