LSU gets Texas commits because they want to play in the SEC and we put tons of dudes in the NFL.
It also helps that a lot of Louisiana folks end up in Texas for work purposes so a lot of those kids may have grown up LSU fans to begin with.

You’re actually correct we won’t score 38. We will probably score 45 to 60 points... We had some down years, but it was mainly because of bad quarterback play. You guys not that long ago were terrible. Don’t let one sugar bowl win, with 4 loses get your hopes to high..
