Copenhagen lasts 10 days in Baton Rouge. 2 days in Austin. 88 degrees in Baton Rouge is worse than 99 in Austin.

I’m flying out of Austin now. I’d honestly love to trade UT and A&M out. Austin of course is a way better road trip.
I thought their fans were nice. I was in a donor section (section 4) and they did not like that I was getting loud af. Not sure if you could tell on tv but I thought LSU was well represented

I found UT fans to be some of the least hospitable and most arrogant fans I have been around. There was a father and his two sons that sat behind me that was maybe the most miserable people I have ever experienced at any sporting event. The other fans were pretty much not really memorable. Found that most fans don't know anything about their players other than the one or two of the stars and had no engagement with visiting fans. Heard a lot of comments putting down the state of Louisiana, the team and the fans in general. There was certinaly an elitist type attitude towards LSU in general. Austin, is a great city and enjoyed everything other than how hot it was over the weekend. DKR and the tailgating around it reminds me of how special Tiger Stadium and the LSU tailgate experience is.

I was in section 28 row 30 and I can tell you that the fans around us where the worse MF'ers I seen in a football stadium....they have a lil money and they think they know everything about football. There where 8 of us in a small area surrounded by people that certainly will have plenty to say when they see the owner of those tickets...no a good experience....and to run out of water in the stadium at half time...COME ON MAN!

Getting in:
3 of us made our way to Austin without tickets. We bought 3 together from “some guys” on the street corner near the stadium. About 5 minutes later we realized w a fair amount of certainty they were fake. We chased the “vendors” down as they jumped in their SUV, locked their doors, and sped off. Now we were 97% sure they were fake.
We decided to head to the gate and hope the bar code scanned us in anyway. This was around 4:30. The gate on said tix was a student ticket and there was a mass of people at the gate. All of a sudden, stadium staff opened 2 more gates, and a stampede ensued. Nobody was even checking for tickets, so we basically just ran in.
Overall assessment:
Austin is a great town. All the fans we encountered were very gracious, for the most part. I wish they would mix in some Willie or REK or Jerry Jeff, if they’re going to blare piped in music.
TL;dr
Bum rushed the gate; would do again

Yea man. I was saying shite to Texas fans myself. I started school again when I was 24 and moved to Austin to finish my bachelors degree in 2016 from Mandeville. I was about to get scrappy with those pricks who were saying "Frick Louisiana".

Yea, I got my student tickets because I've been anticipating this game for years now. That was the worst experience I've had attending a game. They changed it to first come first serve last year and before you got hard tickets depending on your student classification. Did you actually get into the student section? I heard some people got escorted out at Section 32 where we were at.
