I hope so. He has good movement on his pitches in both directions without any obvious changes in his delivery that would tip a batter off as to whether the ball is going to break away, break inside, or not move at all. The first time through the lineup may be tough with his unusual delivery but I think they will figure it out during the 2nd-3rd time through the order.

The big 12 hitting definitely isnt comparable to the sec. Also, A&M has been in a slump since the sec tourney at the plate. Think they just got hot too early and fizzled out.

The movement isn't followed by 93 mph though which will help. Would be much more difficult if he threw hard. Looks like he pitches lots of strikes and hopefully doesn't pitch around us too much. If so we need to stay patient and make him pitch and not swing for the darn fences. Don't pop the ball up and just hit where the ball is pitched not try to pull this guy. We will see I guess.....

You will be disappointed if you expect lsu to be patient at the plate

Agree, stay aggressive at the plate. Get on base and stay aggressive on the pads. Who knows their catcher may throw it to the center fielder when we steal. Keep doing what got us here and we'll do fine.
