THIS

Chavis is an incredible coach, but he blew this one going to the soft zone against a veteran QB.

The Posi-Les crowd will come up with any angle they can to avoid facing reality. Reality is that there are quite a few ex-players that are willing to rip Les in public for his questionable decisions. This is a reality that they would rather not deal with, so it's easier to flame these ex-players, question their motives, or paint them as being angry ex-jocks still fuming over their lack of playing time.

You can agree or disagree with their opinions, but it seems to me that their willingness to rip their ex-coach is pretty significant and something I haven't heard a lot of in my years of following college sports.

LOL, we didn't have Twitter 10 years ago either. Miles has been the only coach in the "Twitter era" so, yeah, kind of a limited sample size. Every Div 1A coach has disgruntled former student-athletes. Let's complile the list of people that have said that Saban is a turd. His bad reputation is legendary.

I don't see many of the ones who are flourishing in the NFL complaining much about Miles. Just a fat drunk and a underacheiving WR.

Overall though, there used to not be so many opportunities for people to prove their ignorance. Twitter needs to die.

Les should never answer one of his questions in a press conference again.

That's what rant dream boy Saban would do.

frick that fat fricking baby.

Tub of shite sucked and so did his butt buddy Lee.

Him and his dad can GTFO.

T-Bob right. Players left it on the field. Fake field goal that fooled no one, on sude kick gave them short field, 4th and one with Ware under center with 2 up backs. No one saw that coming. And the wonderful PREVENT defence that will prevent you from winning. T-Bob speaks truth

Bama didn't score after the fake field goal. Or the onside kick. Or the warecat.

THAT'S the truth.

Still pretty telling

Not really. As LSU fans we notice what LSU players say about LSU coaches. We have no idea what players from other schools say about their coaches.

All coaches, including Saban make questionable calls some times.

And to the people who have hard ons because a former player is "publicly" bashing the Head Coach of LSU, this is not just former players ripping Miles, Blackwell is ripping a former teammate. That's shitty. And you have to take that into consideration when you hear what else they say.

Small Robert is better than this. His dad isn't, but he is. At least I want to think he is.

What it shows me is some fairly convincing albeit circumstantial evidence that, just as the fanbase was sharply divided over Les' mishandling of JJ/JL and his curious loyalty to JJ, so to was the locker room, which resulted in the lack of "effort" on 1/9/12. It shows me that those wounds are still fresh. It also shows me that certain ex-players have an alarming lack of respect for their former Head Coach, which is very troubling for a number of reasons.

I certainly agree this shows very poorly on those ex-players and I think less of them for their actions. However, when you consider the rumors of what happened prior to 1/9/12 and when you consider the pathetic display of football we witnessed on 1/9/12, I think it shows very poorly on Les and his incredible mishandling of the JJ debacle.

It looks to me like the fans are more butt hurt about this than the players. I seem to recall J Lee coming to an LSU game this year and giving Les big hug on the sidelines. If Les is so much of an ogre, why would Lee do that?

Well said.... And it's not very good for a aspiring local sports talk show host to be blasting the home team.... Not very smart.. I'm sure the guys at 104.5 are thrilled...

I have been.

I just want to enjoy the fact that we played our best game in a year and look like we're ready to get to 10 or 11 wins yet again and errbody keeps going full retard.
